How to Completely Program Your Roller Shade Remote

Use a pin and locate the programming button on the motorhead.

Briefly press the button to wake your shade. The shade will jog three times, blinking green, and then go to a solid orange.

Press the programming button and hold it until your shade jogs.

The indicator light will now blink orange, indicating it is ready to be programmed to your remote.

Go to the specific channel that you want to program the shade to. Remove the back of the remote and press and hold the P2 button until your shade jogs. The shade has now been added to that channel.

Use the up and down arrows to confirm the direction of the shade. If it is not going in the direction that it is supposed to press and hold the pause button until the shade jogs, that will reverse the direction.

Check again and make sure it is going in the right direction.

If it was originally, skip this step.

Move your shade to the desired upper limit. Once it's in the desired upper limit, press and hold the pause and down arrows simultaneously, and the shade will be sent downward.

Use the pause button when the shade nears the desired lowest position. Use the up and down arrow to make small adjustments until your shade sits perfect when it's in the desired lower limit.

Press and hold the pause and up arrow simultaneously and the shade will then move up. Once the shade has been fully moved up to its up position, press and hold the pause button until your shade jogs.

Your shade will be orange and then blink green.
