The installation team itself deserves special recognition. They arrived right on time, were extremely respectful of our space, and worked efficiently but meticulously. They treated our home with care, cleaning up after themselves and making sure every piece was properly placed and secured. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and stress-free. Communication throughout the project was also excellent. We always knew what to expect and when to expect it, and any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. In an age where it’s easy for service providers to disappear once the deposit is paid, this team stayed engaged and supportive all the way through the final walkthrough. In short, West Window Treatments delivered not only beautiful results, but a truly refreshing customer service experience.
