I’m Rylee, and I’m a Sales Coordinator here at West Window Treatments. Even though I’m newer to the window treatment world, I knew right away this was where I wanted to be. I was looking for a change for the better and a company that truly cares about both its clients and its employees, and I have found that here.
What I love most about my job is the people. The team I get to work with every day makes coming to work fun, and I feel really lucky to be surrounded by people who support each other and care about doing great work. One of my favorite parts of the process is installation, seeing everything come together in the end is so satisfying.
I really enjoy looking at house plans and getting a sneak peek at some amazing homes. It’s fun to see all the unique details and imagine how the window treatments will finish off the space. My favorite design style is farmhouse chic, and that’s also my personal style at home. If there’s one upgrade I always recommend, it’s motorization, there’s nothing better than shades that move with the push of a button.
When I help clients, my goal is simple: figure out what will truly make their house feel like home. At the end of the day, it’s not just about picking a product it’s about choosing something that fits their life and their space.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my babies—they’re my whole world. And when I get a little time to myself, I love going to brunch with my friends. My favorite Utah spot is honestly my mom’s house, but I also love driving up to Snowbasin and grabbing something to eat at the Cinnabar while enjoying the views.
You’ll usually find me with an iced coffee or espresso in hand. I’ll take just about any version of coffee. A fun fact about me is that I can memorize song lyrics really easily. If I hear it a few times, I probably know all the words.
What I want clients to know about working with me is that I genuinely care. I want them to be excited and happy about their window coverings and love the final result. What makes West Window Treatments different is that everything is personal, everyone matters here from the clients to the team.
I love helping homeowners and designers bring their spaces to life because there’s nothing better than making a space feel like home or somewhere that brings joy and peace. Window coverings really do bring the whole vibe of a space together, and being part of that is something I’m proud of.
