I’m Addi, and I’m the Brand Manager here at West Window Treatments. I’ve been in the window treatment and design world for about two years now, and I honestly couldn’t have landed in a better place. After graduating college, I was looking for a “grown-up job” that still felt creative and meaningful. When I met with the owners of West Window Treatments, I was instantly impressed, not just by the work being created here, but by the people. I had great rapport right away, and it was a no-brainer to join the team.
What I love most about my job is the balance. I get a flexible schedule, I can bring my dog to work with me, and I get the best of both worlds—computer work mixed with meeting people and being in meetings. My favorite part of the process is seeing the before-and-afters. Watching a space transform never gets old.
Some of my favorite projects have been the Parade of Homes houses. The amount of detail that goes into those homes years in advance is incredible, and it’s amazing to see how many people come together to create such beautiful spaces. When it comes to style, I love things that are different, think fun patterns, bold colors, unconventional decor, and meaningful keepsakes. I’m always drawn to spaces that don’t look “normal” and feel truly personal.
If there’s one feature I always recommend, it’s motorization. It’s a game-changer for both convenience and design. When helping clients choose the right product, I always come back to the same question: what will make their house feel like home?
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family. I’m love to spend time outdoors, hiking, camping, skiing, running—and I’m also a yoga and Pilates instructor. Some of my favorite local spots are Slackwater, Ogden Raptors baseball games in the summer, and pretty much any good hiking trail.
I’m a huge coffee lover. Before working here, I was a barista for four years. My go-to drink is a brown sugar cinnamon latte, and you’ll almost always see me with a La Croix too, an office essential around here.
What I want clients to know about working with me is that I truly love people and building connections. Turning clients into friends is my favorite part of the job. What makes West Window Treatments different is that our products are fully custom and made in-house. Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we have full control over quality, and that really shows in the final result.
I love helping homeowners and designers bring their spaces to life because there’s nothing better than making a house feel like home.
