Q : How much profit do I get off of a sale?

A: Sales Reps start at 15% of gross product sales

 

Q: How is gross product sales figured

A: This is the total invoice amount minus installation costs

 

Q: How do I get paid?

A: You are paid via direct deposit to the bank account that you provided


Q: How can I market the product?

A: There is a 'Marketing' tab in the Sales Portal. This will give you access to all product image & marketing material.

 

Q: Where can I see all my sales and status?

A: Click on 'Dashboard" in the Sales Portal

 

Q: How can I cancel my partnership?

A: You can cancel at any time. Just email info@westwindowtreatments.com and ask to be removed. If you have any jobs pending we will finish that payment before we cancel. 

Q: What If I have a suggestion to make this process easier?

A: Email info@westwindowtreatments.com with the suggestion and our team will discuss how it will benefit or affect us.

 

Q: When does the sales portal password change?

A: We Change it every year reflecting the date. For example - this year is Sales2023

 

Q: Will I ever get to meet the team and other sales reps?

A: Yes, we will have team dinners throughout the year.

 

Q: What Brands do we carry besides in house?

A: Currently we accounts with - Alta, Draper, Norman, Marian & MillCreek


Q: How do I get samples?

A: You are provided with samples when you get finished onboarding. Sample must be returned if our contract is cancelled
